1300-1700 2008 FIDO Recertification Class (Limited to 20 individuals)

Utah BFS individuals
will review any changes to the FIDO program and provide an update to admissibility hearings and/or case law. Participants
(Current FIDO certified officers only) are encouraged to bring their own questions and/or experiences (especially in court)
and share them with other attendees. This workshop will conclude with a review of the "basics" of presumptive drug screening
and each participant will be administered a proficiency test. New UNIT kits will be provided to participants who require
them.
