We had a great turn out for the Benevolent
Golf Tournament this year. Thanks to everyone, especially Leo Lucy, Ron Benson and Kevin Pepper.
Thanks to
all the representatives who helped with Regional Training Classes. UNOA will continue to sponsor training
throughout the state for members and other officers.
As you know, our yearly conference is only two months away. All
of our instructors are in place, and we are looking forward to a great conference. Everyone needs to get
registered for the conference and the Golf Tournament.
Rocky Mountain HIDTA and RMIN will again help sponsor our conference.
I would like to thank both organizations for their support.
You will have a new president next year, Debbi Findlay.
She will be looking for members who are willing to serve as Regional Representatives. We will also
hold elections for Sergeant at Arms on Wednesday, September 1st.
Being President this year, I have gained a new knowledge
for our organization and our members. Thanks to all of you who have served this year on my board.
I have gained a lot of respect for our Past Presidents and the job they have done and the commitments they have made
to make this a great organization.
Thanks again to all of you for the privilege to serve as your President.
It has been a great year.
One last thing, I would like to thank James Nye, our treasurer for the good job he has done,
and Guy H Gustman for doing the magazine. These are very time consuming jobs and you both do a professional
job.
